Mental health nurse
Our support workers are supervised by managers qualified to Level 7 NVQ, with extensive expertise in safeguarding, child protection, and the care of looked-after children.
care coordinator
Our support workers are supervised by a Level 5 Care Coordinator with extensive expertise in safeguarding, child protection, and the care of looked-after children.
Care manager
Our support workers are overseen by a Care Manager with over 20 years of nursing experience, bringing extensive expertise in safeguarding, child protection, and the care of looked-after children.
Onsite therapist
We have an onsite therapist who provides direct therapeutic support, promoting emotional wellbeing and mental health for the children and young people in our care.

Qualified social workers are available to provide professional support, ensuring safeguarding, care planning, and advocacy for the children and young people we support.
Learning Disability Support Worker
Our Learning Disability Support Worker provides tailored care and assistance, helping individuals with learning disabilities develop independence, build life skills, and access opportunities in a safe and supportive environment
Care Management Team
Our care managers coordinate individual support plans, liaise with professionals, and ensure care delivery meets each person’s specific needs and goals.
Care Manager Qualifications
All our care managers hold relevant social care qualifications including Social Work degrees, Health and Social Care diplomas, or equivalent professional qualifications. They maintain registration with appropriate professional bodies and complete annual continuing professional development.
Care Manager Responsibilities
Care managers conduct comprehensive assessments and care planning, coordinate with healthcare professionals and families, monitor care delivery and outcomes, manage risk assessments and safety planning, and provide professional liaison with referring agencies.
Specialist Expertise
Our care management team includes specialists in learning disabilities, dementia care, mental health, complex health needs, and young people's services, ensuring expert oversight for all our service areas.
Frontline Care Team
Our support workers and care assistants are the heart of our service delivery. They work directly with the people we support, implementing care plans and building the relationships that make our stability-first approach successful.
CDC Accredited Training
All frontline staff receive comprehensive training through our Caredemy learning platform, which provides access to over 200 Level 2 equivalent courses accredited by the CDC. This ensures consistent, high-quality training across all our teams.
Support Worker Responsibilities
Support workers provide direct personal care and daily living support, implement individual care plans and risk management strategies, facilitate community access and social inclusion, maintain detailed care records and progress notes, and communicate effectively with families and professionals.
